Cau Dua Duck

(Cinet)- This region is famous for full kinds of specialties of the sea and land, of both salty and fresh water. According to ancient documents, long ago, the duck meat of this region is very delicious, only ranking behind yen sao.

·         This simple meal is exceeding the belief of everyone.  Ninh Hoa Duck meat is a kind of duck which are raised at abundant fields, full of shrimps, fish, crabs.

Mentioning ducks, people having good tastes will think of  blood pudding. Currently, the most famous one of Nha Trang is the blooding pudding of Cau Dua duck, lying in the highway 1A , 3-4km far away from the South. This place is known as an area of ducks with close restaurants serving duck meat meals and blooding pudding of ducks.
