The Ma people mainly live in Lam Dong province. The clothes have their own identities in decorating the female clothes, especially the sense of aestheticism. In the harvest time, men often work with shirts on and in the winter, they wear blankets. The Ma ethnic has a tradition of teeth saw (Ca rang), pierce ear (Cang tai) and wearing a lot of jewellery.

(Cinet)- The Cham ethnic group is allocated based on different locals. They mainly live in two provinces: Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan. Some in other provinces, including An Giang, Tay Ninh, Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh (a part of the people is the Cham). The Cham’s costume has their own ways of model and decoration, which is different from ethnic groups in the locals or ethnic minority literature.

(Cinet)- The Ede has a variety of costume and its aesthetic style is typical for ethnic groups in the Central Highlands. The traditional costume of the Ede is indigo-blue with colorful patterns. Women wear their blouses, trousers or skirts while men wear their loin-cloths or shirts. The people are fond of using jewelries in silver, bronze and pearl. In the past, a famous custom “ca rang” ordered the whole people to amputate 6 upper-jaw front teeth. However, the youth abolishes this outdated custom “ca rang” at present.

(Cinet) - In the cultural, physical tradition of Nung An people in Phuc Sen it is necessary to preserve the traditional costume. Like other ethnics such as Tay, Nung, costume of the Nung An people are very simple but carefully made from the indigo fabric.

After a season of slash-and-burn cultivation, women sit by weaving frames to make skirts, scarves, brocade bags…Having nice brocade cloths with unique lines and patterns is a process of hardship, elaboration and tiredness. The work is conducted step by step: planting cotton, handling cotton, pulling cotton yard, dying color and weaving. A weaving frame is mainly used for weaving skirts, and blankets.
