(Cinet)- Frog grilled chopped meat is a simple specialty of the North. The dish is delicious and full of protein, which are favourite by most of people. Mentioning frog grilled chopped meat, we can not ignore Khuong Thuong village (Hanoi) – the village is famous for making grilled chopped meat for tens of years.

  

After being made clean, frogs are made of many different dishes that Khuong Thuong village often call with the simple names: which can make other embarrass such as: trai chieu ( stretching mat, quan dui(sock), and nuy (nude)….

The stretching mat dish is the frog grilled chopped dish, the most delicious one but it is the most complicated. Small frogs are chopped both their meat and bones, put into the mortar to grill into small pieces and mix with soups, chilly, lemon leave….fat is boiled overdone then out grill chopped meat to fry, the piece of grilled chopped meat is floated, turned yellow, and the smell is very attractive. 

The thigh of the frog is rolled with soups and lemon leaves and mix with cereals to fry (quan dui dish),  frog mixed soups to fry the whole one ( nude), frog mixed with cereals to fry the whole one (long trouser) which are specialties any traders in Khuong Thuong still keep. In fried dishes, when eating carefully, it is crispy, sweet and perfume.
