The collection of Hanoi-born designer Duc Hung bears the stamp of Northern Delta culture which is unique in terms of both materials and designs.
On the occasion, he will offer two ao dai (long dresses) to the organizing board for charity auction.
It is his hope that American people as well as foreign friends will learn a lot about Vietnamese culture during the festival.
