(Cinet)- The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will hold the conference to collect the contributing ideas for the decree on art operation management in the North on 7.11.2008 in Hanoi to collect the ideas of experts, managers, professionals.....after the draft decree has been completed and experienced 5 times of amendment.
