Issued the detailed paper, the investigative tools on rapid assessment of the status and needs of family life education

(Cinet) - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a detailed paper, the investigative tools on rapid assessment of the status and needs of family life education so as to develop national programs of family life education in Vietnam in the period of 2016-2020 (under Decision No. 755/QD-BVHTTDL).

The goal of rapid assessment is to evaluate the awareness of citizens aged 20-60 in terms of family life education in the implementation of the education and socialization of family members, especially people from the age of one  to eight; identify the needs of the family for the provision of family life education. At the same time, the next steps in building a national scheme of family life education in Vietnam in the period of 2016-2020 are proposed, including the specific contents of family education, the curriculum, the responsibility of agencies  to provide educational forms of family life, the responsibilities of agencies and units to provide the types of family life education...ect which are consistent with the needs and the real situation of the family now .
 
The mission of the survey and investigation is focused on situational analysis so as to support educational contents of family life education for private organizations and the state in two pilot areas.
 
Understanding the needs of the family to provide families with educational contents to help them to fullfill their functions, educate better and socialize all family members; recommend next steps of building a national scheme of family life education in Vietnam in the period of 2016-2020.
