Fulfilling Draft of Decision to turn national treasures into foreign country

(Cinet)- Official Dispatch No. 912/BVHTTDL-DSVH on March 22, 2016 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism relates to receive and fulfill Draft of the Decision by the Prime Minister to turn national treasures into foreign country in a time for displaying and studying.
Accordingly, receiving some directing opinions of Deputy Prime Minsiter Vu Duc Dam on February 01, 2016, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism studied and fulfilled Draft according to regulation and tightened more about responsibility of some ministries and agencies.
About responsibility of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism: Supplementing sentence a(new) in Point 1, Sentence 09: a) Being responsible before the Prime Minister about turning national treasure into foreign country and turn national treasure to come back Vietnam as regulated; adjusting sentence b (old) – sentence c (new) in Article 1, sentence 09: “Establishing the Council to give value as money of the traditional treasures into foreign country in a case of regulation in Point a, article 2, sentece 3 in Decision.
About responsibility of Ministry of Security: Erasing phrase “when receiving proposal” in some points c and d, article 3, sentence 9.
About responsibility of Ministry of Finance: Connecting and adjusting some points b and c (old) in article 4, sentence 9 into point b (new).
Responsibility of some ministries, agencies and politic organizations: Supplementing point c(new) in article 6, sentence 9.
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision.
