Plan to build Library Developing Master Plan until 2025 and the vision for 2030

(Cinet)- Plan to build “Library Developing Master Plan until 2025 and the vision for 2030” was promulgated in Decision No.772/QĐ-BVHTTDL on March 18, 2015 of Minister of the MOCST.

Accordingly, the Plan consists of 06 main tasks such as building Plan and outline of the Plan; establishing the Edition Board and the Draft Board to build “Library Developing Master Plan until 2025 and the vision for 2030”; selecting some consultant sector to build the Plan as a current regulation; building the Draft; organizing to receive the Draft and submit to the PM for an approval.
The progress should carry out some schedules such as building the outline and detail budget; establishing the Edition Board and the Draft Board to submit to the ministry for an approval; implementing some regulations to select a consultant agency; checking and collecting some documents; building Draft to carry out the Plan; seminar to take some opinions about the Draft of the Plan; fulfilling Draft of the Plan; building a report for a collection; building Draft of the Plan; collecting some contributing opinions about the Draft of the Plan; fulfilling Draft of the Plan and submitting to the PM for an approval.
