(Cinet)- The Union of Ministry of Culture and Information at grassroots level has recently held the 5th Congress under the 2008-2013 sessions.
Attending the Delegation has representatives from basic-level Union Organizations under the Ministry of Culture and Information.
The Congress voted the newly-elected executive Board of the 2008-2013 sessions including eleven members. Luong Van Nhien was chosen as a Chairman of the Union Bloc.
