Cambodian Ambassador bids farewell to Minister Nguyen Ngoc Thien

Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Ngoc Thien hosted a reception in Hanoi on the afternoon of August 23 for Cambodian Ambassador to Vietnam Prak Nguon Hong who was bidding farewell at the end of his tenure.
Congratulating the outgoing diplomat on excellently fulfilling his assigned mission in Vietnam, Minister Nguyen Ngoc Thien emphasized that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam highly appreciated the cooperation of Cambodian Embassy in maintaining and promoting cooperation Vietnam - Cambodia in general, between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and related agencies of Cambodia in particular.

In turn, Ambassador Prak thanked Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam for helping, supporting, introducing and promoting the image of his country, culture and people to Vietnamese people through exchanging of delegations between the two countries. The Cambodian official also said that the bilateral activities of promoting travel, culture and art attracted a lot of attention.
Sharing about the cooperation between the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism of Vietnam and the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia, Minister Nguyen Ngoc Thien affirmed that: "We always attaches much importance to the cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia. Therefore, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism always set priorities and increase exchanges of delegations, promote cultural activities, organize Cultural Week and send art delegations".
On this occasion, Minister Nguyen Ngoc Thien thanked the Ambassador for his special contribution in promoting the cooperative and friendly relations between Vietnam and Cambodia in general and in the fields of Culture, Sports and Tourism in particular.
