(Cinet) - On the morning of July 05, Deputy Minister Vuong Duy Bien had a working day with Viet Nam exhibition of culture and arts to prepare for “Vietnamese lacquer and brocatelle” exhibition in Manila, Philippines on July 10-16, 2016.
Accordingly, the Viet Nam exhibition of Culture and Arts will introduce a collection of over 100 objects including a traditional lacquer and brocatelle, “ao dai” fashion, some fashions of some ethnic groups.
At the working day, Deputy Minister Vuong Duy Bien highly appreciated some efforts and creations from Viet Nam exhibition center for Culture and Arts. In particular, Deputy Minister praised the center about selecting some products of traditional village in Viet Nam. “The art of lacquer and brocatelle is strength of Viet Nam, therefore, the center should select some special products to display and introduce to the world.” Deputy Minister said.
The exhibition is a cultural event to celebrate 40 years for establishing a foreign relation between Viet Nam and Philippines. The exhibition is a chance for Philippines’ people and international friends to understand more about Vietnamese land and people and contribute into enhancing traditional friendship relationship between two countries.
