Plan to maintain and develop values of the relic system in Thanh Hoa city

(Cinet)-Official Dispatch No. 914/BVHTTDL-DSVH on March 22, 2016 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism sending to Thanh Hoa provincial People’s Committee about Plan to maintain, restore and develop the relic system in Thanh Hoa provice.

Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism received Official Dispatch No.12754/UBND-VX on December 10, 2015 of Thanh Hoa provincial People’s Committee relates to Plan on maintaining, restoring and developing some historical values – culture and landscape in Thanh Hoa city. After studying, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism gave some opinions as follows:
Approving for task of the above plan. However, the Plan should comply with Regulation No.70/2012/NĐ-CP on September 18, 2012 of the Government to supplement some contents for Plan to maintain and restore the relic site, Plan to develop some values in 5 years and 10 years. Also, task of the plan is named “Task of Plan to maintain, restore and develop some values at a relic system of history, culture and landscape in Thanh Hoa province.
Task of the plan: in page 32 of the task of plan gives 85 relics of history-culture and landscape in 30 wards and communes; page 98 gives 86 relic sites of history, culture, landscape in 30 wards and communes to manage and protect as legal regulation on cultural heritage. However, Thanh Hoa city is home to 37 communes and wards, so it is necessary to study and supplement some relic sites of history, culture and landscae in Thanh Hoa city to establish the Plan and give some orientations to manage and protect.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed Thanh Hoa provincial people’s committee should direct some professional agencies and sectors to comply with Regulation No.70/2012/NĐ-CP on September 18, 2012 of the Government regulating procedure and schedule to fulfill the Plan for approval.
