(Cinet)- March 26th, in the heart of Hue City, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Thua Thien – Hue province held the Decision Notification ceremony of the Prime Minister on the establishment of Hue Music Institute.
Hue Music Institute, as a unit directly under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, undertakes to carry out such basic functions as researching, preserving and promoting traditional music values; training and nourishing human resources on the music field at secondary, university and post-graduate levels; and researching and performing music.
Truong Ngoc Thang has been appointed as Director of Hue Music Institute.
