(Cinet)- Basic Culture Department (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) is opening a training course on implementing the project “Developing some cultural villages and mountain villages in special situations”, held on the last days of March 2008 in Quang Nam province.
According to Notice No. 53/TB-VHCS of Basic Culture Department, 29 cultural villages and mountain villages in provinces of the Highlands, the Southeast areas and the Southwest, including Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Daklak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Ninh Thuan, Binh Phuoc, Soc Trang, Tra Vinh, Hau Giang, Kien Giang, An Giang, Ca Mau…join this training course. Three staffs (province, district and commune) in every province are appointed to attend the training course.
The training course lasts five days. During this period, trainees improve their understanding on several problems such as the current national and religious works of the State and the Party; the building work of cultural life at grassroots level; the management method and operational organization of the House of Culture at grassroots level.
