On the afternoon of August 8, Ha Tinh Province held a closing and awards ceremony for the 2026 provincial “Reading Culture Ambassador” contest and the “Nghe Tinh Vi-Giam Folk Singing Festival”. The event was part of a series of lively activities during the culture week in the province.
