Ministry to inspect management and protection of the special national relics of Tran temple

(Cinet)- The Mission of the ministry made a work to check some activities about complying some legal regulation of management and protection of special national relics of Tran temple in Thai Binh.
Earlier, on April, 2915, the relic zone of tomb and worshipping temple of Tran Dynasty’s King is home to 06 stone steles. Locating some steles do not comply with legal regulation and violates into Article 13 of Law on Heritage; Regulation 98 of the Government about implementing Law of Heritage; Direction 73 of Minister of the MOCST; Regulation No.70/2012 of the Government about regulation, procedure; Circular 18 of the MOCST about Regulation 70.
Pham Xuan Phuc, vice-head of the Inspection and head of the Board proposed that Thai Binh Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism remove 06 steles out of the zone of special national relics before May 15 and require Inspector of the the Department to check a removing progress of some steles . Besides, the Ministerial Inspector proposed that leader and the government of the province should enhance a management, protection and development of the relics.
On May 16, the Inspector will come back to the province to inspect an implementing work of the locality.
