(Cinet)- Decision No. 3007/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated September 04 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on organizing the mobile propaganda festival of the prevention and fighting against drugs in 2013.
The above Decision was pursuant to the Decree No. 76/2013/NĐ-CP dated July 16, 2013 by the Government regulating the functions, tasks, rights and organizational structure of the MOCST; pursuant to the Decision No. 4869/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated December 12, 2012 by the Minister of the MOCST on the approval of the implementation plan of the national goal program of the prevention and fighting against drugs in 2013; at the same time considering the proposal of the Director of the Local Department of Culture.
Appoint the Local Department of Culture to lead and cooperate wit the Thai Nguyen Province Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the mobile propaganda festival of the prevention and fighting against drugs in 2013.

Place: Thai Nguyen province.
Budget to organize the festival is extracted from the budget of the national goal program on the prevention and fighting against drugs quoted from Item I at the Decision No. 4869/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated December 12, 2013 by the Minister of the MOCST provided via local department of culture.
