Replying Official Dispatch No.08VHNV-VP on March 24, 2013 of Vietnam and Japan Cultural Exchange Associatio relates to organize “Japan cherry blossom festival 2016 in Hanoi, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism gave some opinions as follows:
Approving for approach to organize some activities such as enjoying cherry blossom, introducing Japanese culture, Yasakoi dancing competition, Japanese drum, Parallel showband, Omikoshi, Japanese cuisine, material arts performance and folk games from Japan…
Time: on April 16 – April 17, 2016.
Location: at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long
Expense: sponsored by Japanese economic organization.
The Ministry of Culture,Sports and Tourism proposed the Organization Board:
- Complying with some regulations about organizing Vietnam’s festival
- Working with some relevant agencies to organize the festival at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long
- Associating with the local government to ensure organizing the festival in safety and savings.
