(MOCST)- Hanoi Art Connecting is an annual event to create an art connection between lecturers and students of the University of Industrial Fine Arts with Vietnamese  and international artists.

The event will take place in the capital city from October 14-18, as part of activities celebrating the 70th founding anniversary of the University of Industrial Fine Arts.
140 domestic and foreign artists, including 60 foreigners from 23 countries and territories will attend the event, including Nepal, Japan, France, Italy, Germany, Sri Lanka, Canada, the US, Colombia, Brazil, Dominica, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, India, the Philippines, Brunei, Myanmar, Morocco, Bangladesh and Australia.
The host Vietnam will send 80 artists from cities and provinces to the event, including lecturers from art universities and colleges.

Its first edition was co-organised by the University of Industrial Fine Arts and Asia Art Link in 2016. Hanoi Art Connecting 4^th - 2019 will feature ceramic painting activities, exhibitions and exchanges at the Hanoi Architectural University. Visitors will have a chance to learn about different kinds of art such as painting, sculpture and ceramic making.
