8 top Korean films will be screened free of charge for Vietnamese viewers during the Korean film week programme from November 9 to 11 at the Diamond cinema complex in Ho Chi Minh City.
The event is jointly held by the Busan International Film Festival Association, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and the Diamond Cinema Complex.
The motion pictures smashed box office records in South Korea and foreign countries including the US in 2006 and 2007.
Well-known Korean actors and actresses such as Bae Yong Joon, Kim Ah Joong and Bi-Rain starred in the movies.
