(Cinet)- On the morning of January 22nd, 2008, Quang Nam Department of Culture and Information held a meeting to work out the plan for the year 2008 and decision on the local karaoke restaurants and discotheque management plan up to 2010.
Following that, all these business must be at least 200m away from the schools, hospitals, religious centres, state offices. In Hoi An town, none of these businesses are licensed to locate in the ancient streets.
In the year 2007, Quang Nam Department of Culture and Information issued some 626 licences to advertisements, 32 to art performances, 117 for publishment and 223 for karaoke business.
