(Cinet)- To execute the notice No. 1959/TB-BVHTTDL date 14 December 2007 on the decision of Minister of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the meeting with the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village Management board, on 8th Jan 2008 at Dong Mo, Son Tay province, the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village Management board worked with representatives of various functional Departments of the Vietnam National Administration of tourism(VNAT).
Attending the meeting has leaders and representatives from Travel Department, Planning and Finance Department, Hotel Management Department, Tourism Promotion Department, Institute of Tourism Development Research and Inspector.
During the working session, the management board of the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism village has given out an overview about project of Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village , a report on the achievement and plan up to the year 2010, long term for the period up to 2015 and investment Priority mechanism and policies for the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village project.
After the report, representatives from departments under the VNAT and the management board discussed, proposed and come to some solutions to promote, introduce and attract more investment in the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village; also this will help connecting the activities of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and cultural, tourism activities at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism village.
