International art performance held in Hanoi

A special international art performance to mark the international conference on economics will take place on January 10th at Hanoi’s My Dinh stadium.

The event will draw the participation of artists from Russia, the US, Australia, Japan, Britain, France, Italia and Algeria.

The Bob Livingston band from the US, Resonnance band from Australia and Red Vein band from Britain will perform together with leading Vietnamese artists.

The director of the programme, Mai Quoc Viet said that “We will try to introduce traditional values as well as revamping the country’s modern characteristics while integrating into the global culture.”
