(Cinet)- The 3rd Executive Committee of Ha Giang provincial Association of Literature and Arts held the 6th conference to strengthen steering committee, enhance role and efficiency, and meet good demands and duties in the new context. Attending this conference has Leaders from Department of Propaganda and Training, Provincial Organization Committee, Department of Culture and Information, Ha Giang Press.
Leader of the Provincial Organization Committee announced the conclusion of Provincial People’s Committee on letting civil servant be off work and especially, in case of Cao Xuan Thai, his retirement is awaited to enjoy social Insurance. Cao Xuan Thai, Chairman of the Association and Official Document of the Provincial Committee agreed to introduce Leaders of the 3rd Association (2005 – 2010 term), including Hoang Thi Cap, Deputy Chairman of the Association holds office as Chairman of the Association; Nguyen Tran Be, Library Head of Ha Giang Press hold the post of Deputy Chairman of the Association. Making a speech at the conference, Hoang Kiem, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Department of Propaganda and Training affirmed: in the last few years, the Association of Literature and Arts successfully undertook its roles and duties as one of propaganda agencies to serve not only the leadership of the Party but also the whole people. To do this, great contributions were made by collective steering committee, members, and individuals, typically Cao Xuan Thai, Chairman of the Association contributed to facilitating the Association in such a stronger way. The newly-formed steering committee is responsible for continuously consolidating, improving the quality of activities and further developing the Association of Literature and Arts powerfully.
With100% ayes, The 3rd Executive Committee of Provincial Association of Literature and Arts agreed to elect Hoang Thi Cap and Nguyen Tran Be as Chairman of the Association and Deputy Chairman of the Association respectively.
