Pursuant to Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No 1270/2011/QD-TTg dated July 27, 2011 by the Prime Minister on approving the project "Preservation and development of culture of ethnic minorities until 2020";
DECISION:
Article 1. Establishing a organizing Board for intangible cultural class to Bo Y ethnic in Lao Cai Province including:
