MINISTER OF MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to Decision No.4587/QĐ-BVHTTDL on December 28, 2015 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to promulgated Plan 2016;
Pursuant to Official Dispatch No.12320-CV/VPTW on December 10, 2015 of Office for the Executive Board about opinion of the Secretariat to organize the festival;
Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 349/UBND-VX on February 19, 2016 of Ha Giang Provincial People’s Committee about hosting the festival.
DECISION:
Article 1. Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism approves for organizing the festival in Ha Giang in 2016.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism entrusts Ethnic Cultural Department to host and associate with some agencies and sectors and Ha Giang provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism for organization to implement.
