Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013 / ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to  Decision No.354/QĐ-BVHTTDL on January 26, 2016 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about entrusting Performing Arts Department to host and associate with Department of Justice, Department of Planning and Finance, Department of Science, Technology and Environment, Information Technology Center and relevant agencies to build “Applying and developing information technology of performing art” Project.

Article 1. Establishing the Draft Board of “Applying and developing information technology of performing arts” including as follows:
1. Dang Thi Bich Lien – Deputy Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as head of the Board;
2. Nguyen Dang Chuong, head of Performing Arts Department as vice-head of the Board;
3. Pham Dinh Thang, vice-head of Arts Performing Department as vice-head of the Board;
