MINISTER OF MNISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2012/ND-CP of October 5, 2012, on art performances, fashion shows; beauty and model contests;
DECISION:
Article 1. MOCST Allowed the Youth Theatre in collaboration with the Vietnam Goethe Institute to welcome 04 artists (Germany, Japan, Austria) and organize the program "Jazz Concerts with Timo VollbrecKt".
Time: At 22:00 pm , on January 22, 2016
Place: the Youth Theatre
