To: People's Committees of provinces and cities under central
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Toruism proposed People’s Committee in some provinces and cities as follows:
- Directing some departments and locals to tighten some festival management and organizaiton in the province to ensure a festival in safety and saving and meet spiritual demand for people.
- Directing some sectors of culture, sports and tourism and some other agencies and sectors to build Plan about festival management and organization as regualated in Cicular No.15/TT-BVHTTDL on December 22, 2015 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Direction No.04/CT-BVHTTDL on January 13, 2016 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about festival management and organization in 2016.
