Article 1. Establishing the Direction Board and the Organization Board for a composing camp titled “Discovering land of the South” comprises:
The Direction Board comprises :
1. Vuong Duy Bien – Deputy Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as head of the Board;
2. Mai Van Huynh – vice-president of Kien Giang Provincial People’s Committee as vice-head of the Board.
The Organization Baord comprises :
1. Vi Kien Thanh – head of Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition as vice-head of the Board;
2. Tran Chi Dung – manager of Kien Giang Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism as vice-head of the Board;
3. Doan Thi Thu Huong, vice-head of Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitin as member;
