Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision  No.3851/QĐ-BVHTTDL on November 05, 2015 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about entrusting Performing Art Department to host and direct some troupes;

Article 1. Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to establish the Direction Board in Hanoi city as follows:
1.Vuong Duy Bien, head of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as head of the Board;
2. Nguyen Dang Chuong-head of Art Performing Department as vice-head of the Executive Board
3. Le Tien Tho, a chairman of Vietnam Stage Artists Association as member
The Direction Board is responsible for directing to organize in Ha Noi city.
