Promulgating the Plan aims to consider and appraise a legal situation to catch up with some solutions about legal regulation in terms of culture, family, sports and tourism, contributing to ensure efficiency of legal implementation. In 2016, it is necessary to inspect some cultural heritages.
Content to follow legal implementation: Situation to promulgate legal document; situation to ensure some conditions to implement the law; situation to comply with law; solution to legal violation.
Based on results of the legal implementation, some agencies and sectors should inspect report of the ministerial leader, provincial people’s committee to solve some problems.
