Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Regulation No.79/2012/NĐ-CP on October 05, 2012 of the Government regulating art performance, fashion show;
Pursuant to Regulation of external activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issuing under Decision No. Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Article 1. MOCST allows the Youth Theatre and Japanese Cultural Exchange Center in Vietnam to pick up some artists of Nibroll, Japan (including 11 people) into Vientam and organize “Real Reality Contemporary Dance” Program.
Time: at 8:00 pm on January 15, 2016 in Youth Cinema, 11 Ngo Thi Nham, Ha Noi.
