Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism received Official Dispatch No.8723/BKHĐT- LĐVX on October 20, 2015 of Ministry of Planning and Investment relating to appraise a report of “maintaining, restoring and developing values at Hue ancient citadel”  project  . The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism took some opinions as follows:
About legal activity: Supplementing Regulation No.98/2010/NĐ-CP on September 21, 2010 of the Government regulating some details to some articles of Cultural Heritage Law and Law on supplementing and adjusting some articles of Cultural Heritage Law; Circular No.18/2012/TT-BVHTTDL on December 28, 2012 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulating some articles to maintain and restore the relic site and Circular No.17/2013/TT-BVHTTDL on December 30, 2013.
