Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2001/ ND-CP dted May 28, 2001 of the Government on the entry, exit and residence of foreigners in Vietnam;
Pursuant to Regulation of external activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issuing under Decision No. Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
 

  
Article 1. MOCST assigned Vietnam Circus arts and Vaudeville Secondary School in coordination with the Department of Performing Arts, Department of International Cooperation and the relevant units to welcome delegation, judges and circus artists under the Lao Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism (including  18 people)
