Pursuant to Decision No.3942/QĐ-B VHTTDL on November 13, 2015;
Pursuant to Plan No.4721/KH-BVHTTDL on November 13, 2015 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about organizing to help artists travel to the border and island in 2015 in Quang Nam and Quang Ngai province,

DECISION:

Article 1. Establishing the Organization Board to support the artists to the border and island in 2015 in Quang Nam, Quang Ngai province. Lists comprise some names as follows:
1. Hoang Duc Hau, head of Ethnic Cultural Department as head of the Board;
2. Nong Quoc Binh, chairman of Ethnic Literature and Arts of Vietnam as head fo the Board;
3. Tran Thi Bich Huyen, vice-head of Ethnic Cultural Department as vice-head of the Board;
4. Nguyen Ba Dai, assistant to Propaganda Bureau of the People's Army of Vietnam as member;
5. Hoang Thi Lan, cadre at Ethnic Cultural Department as member
6. Tran Thai, cadre at Ethnic Literature and Arts of Vietnam as member.
