The Plan aims to ensure procedure and regulation for building Project of Intellectual Property Law in approach of building writers’ right and relevant right in international routine as a regulation of Law to promulgate legal document in order to ensure time and progress of the Project and give some orientations of the Plan of the Edition Board and the Draft Board.
Some activities comprise as follows: appraising some legal document according to requirement of reality and legal regulation; giving some legal regulations about writers’ right and relevant rights; organizing workshop in two regions of the Northern and the Southern; drafting some opinions to build Project of Intellectual Property Law;
