Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism takes some opinions as follows:
To implement period 2 about establishing the document to Yen Tu Relic and Landscape Complex, the Ministry  of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed Quang Ninh provincial People’s Committee to host and associate with Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee and Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee to direct Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant agencies.
1. Inspecting some archaeological locations to protect the historical relic site
2. Maintaining and restoring the relic sites and archaeological relic sites should comply with regulation of Cultural Heritage Law and Regulation No.70/2012/NĐ-CP on September 18, 2012 of the Government about regulation, procedure and project to maintain and restore the historical relic site.
3. Supplementing a report to summarize the Yen Tu Relic and Landscape Complex according to Convention on World Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection.
The report should receive some opinions of the ICOMOS to rename “Yen Tu Relic and Landscape Complex” according to content of the document; selecting some aspects and build report; using good translation into English version.
