Respectively to:  Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism received Official Dispatch No.7271/UBND-XD4 on November 26, 2015 of Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee to approve for Project to invest into the Center for Festival and Tourism Service at Giai Oan car-park at Yen Tu relic zone, Quang Ninh province. Ministry of Culture, Sports and Toruism gave some opinions as follows:
The Project complies with Decision No.334/QĐ-TTg on February 18, 2013 of the Prime Minister for Project to open and develop the Yen Tu landscape and historical zone in Quang Ninh province. Therefore, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism approved for Project as follows: building the picking-up zone, the cultural square, festival center, conference area, display zone, the management agency zone, resort and customer care zone.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism pays attention to some following issues:
1. About approach to plan surface:

- To ensure way to the picking-up zone, it is necessary to make a road  and decreasing some constructions at the conference zone; enhancing to grow the green plant.
Picking-up zone: Studying to design some items of gate based on traditional architecture.
Seeing detail in Vietnamese edition
