Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated October 27, 2008 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
                                                     DECISION:
Article 1. MOCST allowed the Vietnam National Academy of Music to welcome commander Abe Kanako, artist Matsumoto Aya and Nanako Murakami (Japanese), Indonesia Alfian Adytia (cello) to train and perform Subscription concert vol .86
