Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Regulation of external activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issuing under Decision No. Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
At the request of directors of the Department of International Cooperation, Department of Performing Arts and the Vietnam National Academy of Music,

Article 1. MOCST allowed Vietnam National Academy of Music to welcome Austrian artist Monika Stadler (playing the harp) for exchanging experience and performance in Vietnam.
