At the request of directors of the Department of International Cooperation, the Vietnam National Academy of Music,

Article 1. MOCST allowed Vietnam National Academy of Music to welcome French artist Jeremy Jouve into Vietnam to teach in Department of Acordeon, ghita, organ of the Vietnam National Academy of Music.
