Pursuant to Resolution No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on January 27, 2015 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about organizing the 19^th  Vietnam Film Festival;
Pursuant to Decision No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on June 02, 2015 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about Project to organize the 19^th Film Festival of Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Article 1. Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism entrusts the Cinema Department to organize 2 workshops at the 19^th Film Festival as follows:
1. A workshop “Building trademark and position of Vietnam Film”
2. The International workshop “Policy of support and measures to develop cinema industry”.
