Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2012/ND-CP dated October 05, 2012 of the Government on art performances, fashion shows, model contests and beauty contests; the circulation and trade of audio and video recordings of art performances;
Pursuant to Regulation of external activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issuing under Decision No. Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
At the request of directors of the Department of International Cooperation, Department of Performing Arts and  the Management Board of Hanoi Opera House.
 

Article 1. Allowed the Management Board of Hanoi Opera House to welcome 04 Thai jazz musicians (Thai nationality) into Vietnam for performing in Hanoi Opera House on November 29, 2015.
