Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2012/ND-CP dated October 05, 2012 of the Government on art performances, fashion shows, model contests and beauty contests; the circulation and trade of audio and video recordings of art performances;
Pursuant to Regulation of external activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issuing under Decision No. Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Article 1. MOCST assigned Performing Arts Centre  (Department of Performing Arts) in collaboration with Moet Hennessy Vietnam Distribution Shareholding Co to hold the 7th Hennessy Artistry.
