Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to  Resolution of foreign country of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism according to Decision No.83/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL on October 27 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No.1973/QĐ-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 about supplementing and adjusting Resolution of foreign country of the Ministry and requirement of International Cooperation Department.

Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism hosted and associate with Office of the UNESCO in Hanoi and Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts as well as relevant agencies including some following contents:
1. Organizing workshop to increase awareness of some sides to inspect and and make a report of the Convention;
2. Establishing national group to build a national report;
3. Appraising Vietnam’s demand to implement the Convention;
Training to increase more competence for activity of the annual report;
