Pursuant to Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No.2978/QĐ-BVHTTDL on August 30, 2013 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about promulgating Regulation to book works of literature and arts;
Pursuant to Official Dispatch No.115/CV-HNV on October 23, 2015 of Vietnam Writers’ Association relating to adjust Regulation to book some works of literature and arts;
DECISION:
Article 1. MOCST decided to promulgate according to the Decision to book some works of literature and arts according to Decision No.844/QĐ-TTg on June 01, 2011 of the Prime Minister.
The Decision takes an effect since the signing day and replacing Decision No.2978/QĐ-B VHTTDL on August 30, 2013 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
