Pursuant to Regulation No.79/2012/NĐ-CP on October 05, 2012 of the Government regulating art performance, fashion show, beauty contest, recording; Regulation of foreign affairs fo Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism attached with Decision No.83/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

 
Article 1. MOCST allows HCMC’s Music Academy to pick up and organize the art exchanging and performing program with 06 foreign artists from Russia, France, Japan, America and Thailand.
The program will take place on November 11-14, 2015 and on November 15, 2015 at the concert hall of HCM city’s Music Academy.
