Pursuant to Decision No. 3354/QĐ-BVHTTDL on October 01, 2015 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about establishing Edition Board and the Draft Board about building Project to submit to the Prime Minister and requirement of head of Training Department.

Article 1. Approving for outline of the Project “Training student of culture and arts in foreign country by the State budget in 2016-2030 periods.
