Afternoon of July 21, 2011, at the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism, Deputy Khanh Hai had a meeting with leaders of Ninh Thuan province on some tasks to deploy the Conclusion No.730/TB -BVHTDL dated March 05, 2011 by Minister Hoang Tuan Anh at a meeting with the Provincial Party Committee, People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province. Together with the representatives of the units: the General Department of Sports, Tourism, Cultural Heritage Department, Department of Culture and facilities, the Department of Performing Arts, Planning, Finance and Office Ministry.
After hearing the Ninh Thuan provincial Director of Culture, Sport and Tourism report on the implementation of tasks of Culture, Sport and Tourism, recommending petition of provincial People's Committees; on the feedback from the units under Ministry, the Deputy Minister concluded:
